Oak Hill Wrestling dates to 1987 when Frank Aylor began the program. From 1999 to 2010 Joel Harris coached producing 12 place winners and OHHS's first state champ, Ryan Fell 2007 at 215lb. From 2011 to 2015 Alan Fell coached producing 4 state place winners, 2 of which were in AAA.

Four former OHHS wrestlers have gone on to wrestle at the collegiate level Matt Griffith West Liberty, John Arthur and John Jones WVIT and Ryan Fell WVU. OHHS now has a total of 15 state place winners.

The OHHS program is supported by a youth program and Collins Middle School.
