TANNER ROSS-THE RIPLEY VIKING

There were 26 wrestlers at the 2019 state with losing records. 9 from R-2, 8 from R-3, 5 from R-4 and 4 from R-1. I was looking at the kids with those losing records and there was one that stood out above all the rest. 4th place finisher from R-4 was Tanner Ross from Ripley with a record of 8-13 finished in 6th. place at 220. He pinned the third placer (34-19) from R-2 in 2:08. Then he beat the 3rd placer (29-16) from R-4 (3-1). Then he pinned the 4th placer (28-15) from R-1. He wrestled like a true Viking !
