Freestyle/Greco Nationals

June 28th and 29th. WV took 12 kids from 10u to 14u to freestyle/Greco nationals. My understanding is this is the first time we have done this as a team. Please correct me if I’m wrong would love to know. Either way a great step forward for WV.

We had 7 wrestle Greco. We had one placed
Brock Humphrey from wheeling won 10u 59 Greco nationals

We had 12 wrestle freestyle. We had 3 place
Brock Humphrey 10u 59 freestyle national champ.
Isaac martin 12u 160 2nd place
Ben McComas 12u 6th place

I also heard that Brock could be the first to ever win both at a youth level. So I was wondering if there was anyone that knows any differently. Just curious. I know it’s a High school forum but these boys will be there before you know it and they have some big shoes to fill, but they are doing great things and want to congratulate them.
