I apologize, but I can't remember the criteria you are using to rank wrestlers in their regions if they are freshmen or didn't place/win matches in last years state tournament and also haven't beat anybody ranked above them. For example, Phillips at 106 in Region 4 and Claudio at 113 in Region 4. I know you are avoiding the use of "subjective criteria" or how they are "looking", even against common opponents of ranked wreslers. You may have stated this in a previous post and I'm guessing that's what is meant by "Regional rankings", but I'm being lazy.

Got a burst of energy and found the criteria and brought it back up on its original post. I believe the term used was "the best known wrestlers".

Claudio was ranked in his region because he is ranked in the state. Phillips was ranked because he is the starter it appears for South at 106. King of Parkersburg South lost to Salmons by 1 or 2 points previously at 106. She is ranked. The logic was if King was that close and now Phillips is South's 106, then lets throw Phillips at #3. Since then, Phillips placed at the Winner's Choice. This past weekend will help fill in a lot of regional ranking ????????.
