WVU gets Big 12 win 21-16 v. Utah Valley
Re: WVU gets Big 12 win 21-16 v. Utah Valley
This is a much better thread than the one you started yesterday.
In all seriousness, it was a fun day in the Coliseum. Killian knocked off a wrestler who placed higher than him at the NCAA Championships, and for the second straight dual, beat one of last year's Big 12 finalists.
Peyton Hall helped get the momentum going in the right direction with his team leading fifth pin of the year, and Dennis Robin picked up his second pin of ranked wrestler in the first period in as many weeks.
Michael Wolfgram closed it out in style with four takedowns and sent the fans home happy.
We do it all again next Friday at 8 PM against Wyoming. They'll come to town with five ranked wrestlers and have been a top 25 program the past few seasons. It should be a fun challenge. Hope to see you inside the Coliseum.
