WVU Wrestling Golf Outing

Postby KBratke » Tue Aug 02, 2022 10:08 am

The annual WVU Wrestling golf is coming up next weekend, August 13, and we still have spots open if you're interested in playing!

The outing will take place at Mountaineer Golf Course in Maidsville, West Virginia which is just outside of Morgantown. Things will kick off at 9 AM with a shotgun start, and following the round, we'll head over to Touchdown Terrace at Milan Puskar Stadium for lunch and awards.

This year as part of the golf outing, we are excited to announce a raffle for a basket of bourbon. Included in the basket are bottles of Blanton's, Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, Sazerac Rye, and Weller Special Reserve. You do not need to be present to win, but you must be able to pick up the bottles if you are not present when we draw the winner following the round.

We will also have a separate raffle for two tickets to a WVU home football game of your choice.

You can purchase tickets NOW for each raffle for $10 or three tickets for $25 via Venmo (@WVRTC), Paypal (@clifford.moore@mail.wvu.edu), check, or cash at the outing.

Even if you can't come golf with us, you can still support the program and RTC by sponsoring holes. You can register to golf or become a sponsor right here -> https://forms.gle/9XfrZ53xwLfvphRy5

If you have any questions you can email me at kyle.bratke@mail.wvu.edu.

Let's Go Mountaineers!

Great way to support the wrestling program. If you don’t golf, you can still purchase raffle tickets for either the bourbon basket or football tickets to contribute to the cause.

Amen! We want everyone around the state to be involved in the program.
