2017 Ohio Tournament of Champions - Looking for West Virginia Chairmen

Looking for 1-2 individuals, in West Virginia, that would be interested in serving as a Region Chairman for our event. Basically, it is just a PR position of trying to encourage folks from West Virginia to attend the Ohio Tournament of Champions, April 22. There is no paperwork to fill out, no wrestlers to register on your own and no need to designate your point getters.
We have divided the US into about 40 Regions. Weest Virginia is its own Region. The Region that does the best, based upon their 25 top place finishers, will win a $2500 grant, to help benefit wrestling in that Region. We already have a Chairmen in more than 30 States already. Larger states are also divided (for example, Ohio has 8 Regions), to try to make it fair across the board, for all Regions.
Chairman needs to be able to reach folk on the HS, MS and Youth levels - or at least know folks he can give information to that can reach all levels.
Based on current interest in the event, we are expecting to hit 3000 entries this year.
If interested in the West Virginia Region Chair, please contact Bart Freidenberg at bdbop@aol.com for additional information.
