Wrestling Shorts/Shirt

With FLO nationals running with shirts and shorts for many events, is there a rule requiring a singlet in WV? I read through once and didn't see anything. I get a bunch of kids telling me they won't because of the singlets. While wearing a singlet was a badge of honor when I wrestled, many don't even look into it because of them. Curious of other coach's thoughts as well. Thanks
