Hello! I have a question and anyone that might have the answer please feel free to share. So I'm a female wrestler and I was wondering about hair covers. Last year I used the Cliff Keen Slicker Hair Cover and it was absolutely horrible. I was hoping to try the Adidas Adi Hair Cover or Matman Wrestling Hair Cap. Does anyone know if either of those are acceptable and/or approved?

Hi Makiya and welcome to the forum. My two pennies is that the Adidas Adi Hair cover works better than the Cliff Keen because the chin strap helps keep it from sliding back on your head during a match, which I am guessing is the "absolutely horrible" part that you mention. I saw several girls and guys with longer hair wearing them last year and didn't notice anyone having an problems with them. I also think the Adidas has ear holes which would help you hear the ref and your coach a lot better too. As far as I know, all three of the ones you mentioned are approved.
