Oak Glen's Peyton Hall

I was talking to my good friend “TrueSouthFanInNewCumberland” today and based on what he told me, I want to give a big shout out to Oak Glen’s Peyton Hall for a big, very big season.

Now we have all heard about Oak Glen’s dynasty. I am sure there were some huge school records set during their monumental run of back to back to back state titles.

Here are the awards Mr. Hall was presented with:

1. Oak Glen’s Most Outstanding Wrestler.
2. Most team points scored in a season with 292. This is a new school record.
3. Most Freshman wins in a season with 43. This is a new school record.
4. Most pins in a season with 31. This is a new school record.
5. WV Mat Academic All-State Team.

Great job Peyton Hall!!!!!!!!!!

Now get out there and flip that tire down the drive way and back three times a week until NHSCA is over.

I had the opportunity to meet Peyton and his father at the Brooke Classic and was impressed by the young man and his dad. Outstanding young man and wrestler.

One of life's blessings that comes from wrestling.
