Modified state tournament

Will wrestlers that's competing in this so called state tournament that's to be held at a later date get base +3 on day one an +4 on the second day because they already made base +2 and was ready to wrestle but got heartbreaking news

Needs to be base +4 and base +5 . You're talking 2 weeks or longer.

Should be base 3/4. No practice partners, 2weeks or possibly more til they wrestle. Come on man......
