Iowa high school finals with the score 3-2 wrestlers in neutral the leading wrestler backs out multiple times. Having already given a stall warning the official is hesitant to call stalling in final minute. With 40 seconds left the leading wrestler backs out yet again the crowd and coaches are getting on him pretty hard. This clip shows the match with 4 seconds left in regulation when the official makes a "make up call" by calling stalling when leading wrestler sprawls. He doesn't back up, he sprawls. Leading wrestler should have been hit multiple times before but wasn't.

I disagree with the announcers on the overtime call, I thought the takedown call could go either way. The stall call to put the match into OT was awful. It looks like the losing wrestler handled the match with a lot of class.
