Point's Wamsley

Point Pleasant's Austin Wamsley is currently ranked #2 at 152lbs.

However, the scores reflect that he hasn't wrestled since January 11th and that was at 145lbs.

I hope this gentleman is ok and ready to go. If so, what weight class just got a notch tougher? 145 or 152?

After talking with my good sources from the Pleasant Point, and some coaches from region IV , i know the answer to all of these questions. I wont disclose that information (for the missed time) myself as its none of my business, but.....

If you look hard enough you would find the answer to what weight in results from this past weekend. ;)

I know he wrestled 2 matches at the Winfield tourney, then defaulted his next 2 matches. Hope all is well with him.

Going to go ahead and do a minimal amount of clarification before this gets out of hand. His missed time has nothing to do with any sort of trouble, grades, etc. Weird how he's the only wrestler that has missed time that gets a thread about him.

Thanks for the minimal clarification. So I guess now wishing someone well is weird. Man, can we get any more hypersensitive on here? No one suggested anything that I saw. Anyway, from what I saw at Winfield, he looks very tough. Good luck to him.

You're new to the board. Seen these threads take sour turns extremely fast. Not sensitive, simply experienced. Couldn't even begin to count the threads and posts we moderators delete due to outrageous speculation.

The only "speculation" seemed to be from Tench. Maybe it seemed weird cause your an alum of the same school? ;)
