Many of the top wrestlers from last year are missing in lineups. Some have been discussed, Allman(South, who will return soon), Mills (Huntington) and Hicks(CM). Another one who's name is missing from Huntington's lineup is returning state qualifier, 170 Danny Minihan. Anyone know if he is wrestling this season?

I don't know 100%, but I think he tore an ACL or something like that before season.

If that's the case, I hate that for him. Too many of those injuries showing up.

Danny Minihan (Huntington - 170) tore his ACL and had surgery in August. He will miss his entire senior season.

There are wrestlers not wrestling that you have not heard about yet.

This is going to go down in recent history as the WORST season for wrestlers not wrestling.

We have more wrestlers out with knee injuries than I have ever seen in the last 5-6 years.

We have more wrestlers who were on the podium last season and NOT on the mat this season for a plethora of reasons.

Its bad...................really bad.

Saw that Buckhannon-Upshur wrestled several matches on 12/22 in VA and returning 152 runner up Jack Garcia was not in the lineup. Hope he is not injured. Tough young man.

Broke his hand in a car accident, from what I have heard he is looking at another 4-6 weeks. Great kid! Hate it for him!
