2017 Cougar Duals Seeking Teams

Martin Luther King High School(District XII AAA) in partnership with Beat the Streets Philadelphia will be hosting The 4th Annual Cougar Duals Saturday 2/4/17. We would like to invite teams from in and out of state to attend. Teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. If interested in attending, please contact Coach Castelli at dfcastell@philasd.org or tournament director Chris Hanlon at chanlon@btsphilly.org. Wrestling will take place on 5 mats and we have a great coaches hospitality room. The first 9 teams to reply and return registration form are in.

Location: Martin Luther King HS 6100 Stenton Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19138 (We are approximately 10 minutes from the Fort
Washington Exit of the PA Turnpike)

Format: 16 Team Bracketed Dual Meet Tournament, wrestling back to 16th place.

Point Value: 3 PIAA Competition Points, will not count towards your two "pooled" events limit

Cost: $300 Please make checks payable to Beat the Streets Philadelphia

Awards: Trophies to top 4 placing teams and an OW Award
