Are there any known teams that have withdrawn from the WSAZ?

Are there any teams on the fence?

Calhoun most likely will not be going. It's sad this doesn't get postponed. Knowing of the storm coming all it does by having this is putting everyone at risk, this is for the student athletes first and foremost not the fans and die hard coaches. What would be the big deal to hold it off? Def not whinnying when I would love to go. It's a great tournament and experience for these kids. But safety at some point as to cross the minds of the people in charge. If half of the teams drop out the z's just becomes another little tournament instead of the biggest match for middle school and a great tourny for high school. Just sad for the middle school students whom work hard all year to not even have a chance with not being able to participate due to this weather. Just my opinion like it or not.

Most likely Calhoun won't go because they host their own tournament the weekend of WSAZ.

Rev must be referring to the middle school kids not going. I didn't consider that before I posted.

We were on our way. We just planned on staying till Sunday.

And to whoever suggested rescheduling, I'm sure the arena didn't have any open weekends, these things are scheduled a year in advance.
