Update: Scores Submission Form Issues Have Been Resolved

Update: Issues have been resolved!
After updating the forms submission pages with the new weights, it appears to NOT be working as designed. (Bear with me as this is the first time I've had to do this since taking over for Doc.)
To submit scores, please send them in an email to wvmat@outlook.com. You can either type them up or send a pic of a typed up page or scorebook. I will get this fixed as soon as I possibly can. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
