Within the borders of West Virginia, is there a rule, a law, a decree, or any form of bureaucratic BS that would prevent a wrestling team/school (or many schools) organizing and hosting a pre-season wrestling tournament?
One to two weeks before Super 32 would be good. This hypothetical tournament could serve as a launching pad to provoke Super 32 interest and also help organize wrestlers in terms of catching rides and finding places to stay AT Super 32 with other wrestlers.
