Taking the pre-regional rankings and progressing the rankings through each pill draw if the favored rank wrestler would win. Pill 1 came closest to the rankings in 9 weight classes, Pill 2 in 6 weights and Pill 3 in 5 weights. In some weight classes the outcome was the same so they are listed twice or thrice. Has anyone else crunched the numbers besides a random weight class?
