Brooke Classic Team Scoring Question #1

I actually will be posting only 1 question. I realize it is a little late and I may not get anyone's attention, because if I was running this tournament I would already be asleep instead of wasting valuable time posting on here. Also, just so there's no confusion, this is a "scoring" question and not the other thing. When the two 8 man brackets are established after round 1, "level #1 and level #2", how many advancement points will the wrestlers in level #1 receive with wins after their first loss? Basically will this be 2 points or the usual 1 point? Similarly, does the statement that "level # 2 wrestlers will score 1/2 the usual advancement points" mean 1 point in comparison to 2 points in level #1 or 1/2 point compared to the usual 1 point for consolation? Well, it actually turned out to be 2 or 3 questions, but just about 1 thing.
