Do any WV high school VARSITY girl's volleyball teams schedule and play any JUNIOR VARSITY volleyball teams of other schools? Or is all volleyball competition strictly varsity versus varsity and JV versus JV?

I appreciate your input so I can gain a better understanding.
The state tournament qualification process needs to be improved first and foremost.

Actually, some do, see my response to "question 1". Some of the bigger schools' JV teams (Woodrow is the example I used there) do in fact compete with varsity teams (usually A or AA, but probably not always), and they also get into some of the same tournaments as varsity teams (maybe even their own varsity team)
