Feb 14th - First day of practice

March 3rd - First day for matches/games

Schools/counties must be in school to play these events and practice. So if schools/counties are in red, they still must wait until they reach orange. He also mentioned that the map would be tweaked to widen the orange zone. Said other states had larger gaps in their map, so WV would adjust accordingly.

There is also talk on Metronews that winter and spring sports will overlap 4/5 weeks
