MOST Amount of Time on the Mat

Endurance is important.

There were two state champions that went the distance in all four of their matches to the title.

AAA Caleb Haynes, 138 for St. Albans.

AA/A Haegan Harvey, 152 for Independence.

I am not sure which of these two are the Cardio Kings. In my opinion, Haynes had tougher competition in beating a returning runner up and a returning state champion.

However, Harvey had enough gas left in the tank to dance on the mat.
