Congratulation to Nitro High School's 160 Vincent Devaney and 195 Paul Frampton for being the school's two lone state tournament qualifiers.

When you cross the Nitro bridge, it is hard to breathe(chemical plants). However, these two guys are a breath of fresh air.

Devaney is like the invisible man. He placed 4th in the AAA state tournament last season and is somehow NOT ranked in the February 15th poll. I guess in going from AAA to AA/A and going from 170 to 160, he has slid through all the cracks except the bear tracks.

Frampton is taking us into the future. He is going to show all wrestlers that you can win without starving yourself.

Very proud of both of these boys and how hard they have worked. Even more proud of how they carry themselves and treat the people around them. Looking forward to seeing them in action Thursday.
