Winfield High School is hosting the annual Bill Hughes Snap Fitness Wrestling Invitational on February 13th. This is a bracketed tournament. Please email winfieldwrestling@earthlink.net for details or to let us know if you are coming. Thanks you.

As of January 28, 2016, the teams coming to the tournament include; Hurricane, Huntington JV, Cabell Midland JV, Nicholas County, Logan, Gallia Academy, Point Pleasant and Winfield.

The tournament will go on, the roads are clear, and there are still openings available. Cabell Midland has pulled out because of weigh in issues. Email winfieldwrestling@earthlink.net if you are interested in attending.

The most updated team list, which includes a mix of JV and some varsity wrestlers includes; Winfield, Hurricane, Point Pleasant, Gallia Academy, Logan, Huntington JV, Roane County, St. Albans, and St. Joseph. Weigh ins are at 8:00, and due to the uncertain weather conditions, it will be base plus 4. Wrestling will start about 10:00 AM. Still waiting to hear from Nicholas County.
