West Virginia University is excited to announce another Spring Workout Series! These seven workouts throughout the months of April, May, and June, will be run by the Mountaineer coaching staff and wrestlers inside the Mountaineer wrestling room. These workouts are a great opportunity for wrestlers of all ages, size, and experience to workout and practice with the Mountaineer coaching staff and wrestlers.
All workouts will run from 10:30 AM to Noon. Below are the dates of the workouts.

May 7
May 21
June 4
June 11
Last spring, we had wrestlers as young as six through rising seniors in high school. Each session also featured studs from West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Throughout the eight workouts, we also saw wrestlers from Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, and Virginia.
