I dunno what the 2nd official allowed to call/change or whatever but there were times when he was in a better position to call a pin but did not do so. Is the 2nd official allowed to make that call when it is so obvious? It cost a South wrestler a state championship at 113 and no I am not a South fan.

There are a boatload of scores there, I have had this problem a few times in the past. Try refreshing the page with the little circle arrow in the top left hand corner of your browser. If that doesn't work you will need to clear your cache, I use Ccleaner to do that.

It seems they are denying the individuals who came out the chance to compete, I would guess a judge if asked would give them that opportunity.

I could definitely see some AA teams moving up if they are content with competing for 2nd place. The problem would be balancing the numbers in a given region, that could become a headache for sure
