I don't mean to harp but on today's wvde covid map only 8 out of 55 counties could compete during the upcoming week.

On this mornings daily map only 14 counties out of 55 would be eligible to compete. Let's hope things improve quickly with the vaccine. It is starting to look like postponing until spring is the only viable option for having a wrestling season this year.

Hopefully they learned a lesson from the fall sports,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but I wouldn't count on it

Someone on the middle school forum had an interesting idea for a 16 team duals tourney, 4 teams wrestle in different locations mid week, these would be pools, regroup into championship pools to be wrestled on Saturday again in 4 different locations.

He has never given up an offensive point to anyone anywhere in his high school wrestling career I believe is what they are saying. He is wrestling any minute in the Ironman semi finals. The other 2 WV semi finalists lost a little while ago. B Roberts at 152 & J Best at 160.

I also don't want to diminish anyone's accomplishments. If things go as expected I would say that Braxton would be on a very short list(2 wrestlers) of favorites for the national high school wrestler of the year.
